This policy covers this website. It describes what we actually collect here, which is not much, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect the information you type into it:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Anything you write in the message field
That information is sent to us so we can respond to your request. We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive information through this website, and you should not send them to us through a web form.
Like almost any website, our hosting provider records standard server information when a page is requested, such as the IP address, the browser and the page requested. That is used to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not do
- We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking on this site.
- We do not set cookies to follow you across other websites.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing email unless you specifically ask us to.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser, including your IP address, when the fonts load. No other third party receives anything about your visit.
How we use what you send
To reply to you, to prepare an estimate, and to carry out work you ask us to do. If your job involves an insurance claim, we may share documentation with your insurance carrier or adjuster at your direction, because that is how a claim gets paid.
Who else sees it
Service providers who operate this website and our systems on our behalf, such as our hosting and email providers. They may only process the information to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions on this website are automatically deleted after 90 days. Records connected to work we performed for you, including estimates, scopes and photographs, are kept longer because insurance claims, warranties and tax rules require it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email RestorationDone@gmail.com or call (509) 272-9030 and we will handle it. We may need to keep records connected to completed work or an insurance claim even after such a request.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the top.
