ABOUT RESTORATION DONE

Two friends, one gap nobody was filling

Restoration Done was started in 2010 by two friends who kept seeing the same thing: a crew dries the building, packs up, and leaves the homeowner holding an insurance scope and no contractor. Fifteen years later we still do both halves.

OUR STORY

It started with water and fire, and grew into the rebuild

The company began in 2010 doing water removal and fire restoration around Spokane. The work kept running into the same wall: mitigation would finish and the customer would have to go find a general contractor to put the building back. So we became one. Today we handle water, fire, storm and mold damage, and the reconstruction that follows, for homes and commercial property alike.

  • Fifteen years in. Founded in 2010 and still independently owned.

  • Both halves of the job. Mitigation and reconstruction under a single contract.

  • Residential and commercial. Houses, offices, retail, multifamily and light industrial.

WHAT WE ARE NOT

Not a franchise, and not a call center

When you call, a person answers, and that person is the one sending the truck. There is no national dispatch routing you to whoever is next on a list, and no franchise fee priced into your job. We live here, our equipment sits here, and the crew that turns up is on our staff rather than subcontracted per call.

  • Independently owned. Since 2010, by the people who started it.

  • Our own crews. Not subcontracted out job by job.

  • One project manager. You are not re-explaining your building every week.

CREDENTIALS

Certified, licensed, and checkable in thirty seconds

Restoration is a trade where anyone can print the words on a van, so the credentials are worth verifying. Ours are public. We are IICRC certified, and we hold general contractor licensing in both Washington and Idaho, which is what lets us do the rebuild rather than hand it off.

  • IICRC certified. The industry standard for restoration work. Ask to see it.

  • Licensed in both states. Verify at Washington L&I or on the Idaho register.

  • Fully insured. Proof of coverage available before work starts.

WHERE WE WORK

Two shops, one corridor

We run crews and equipment out of Spokane Valley and Coeur d’Alene, which covers the corridor between the two cities on both sides of the state line. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call and ask.

  • Spokane Valley. 11808 E Mansfield Ave #2, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.

  • Coeur d’Alene. Covering Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum and the lake communities.

  • Answered any hour. Emergencies do not keep business hours.

THE PROCESS

What happens after you call

Four steps from your first call to a building back in use.

  1. 01

    Give us a call

Reach a real person, day or night. We take emergency calls around the clock.

  2. 02

    We assess the situation

A certified technician inspects the damage on site and identifies the source.

  3. 03

    You receive an estimate

A clear, itemized scope and price, written so your insurer can work from it.

  4. 04

    Paperwork signed, work starts

Once you approve, we begin immediately. No waiting on a crew to free up.

Talk it through with someone who has done this before

Tell us what happened and we will tell you what it takes to put it right. The call is free and there is no obligation.
